However in a situation wherein you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you may request a refund for the purchase price of the product (including shipping & handling). You will have to bear the shipping costs and send the product(s) back to us in their original un-opened and sealed condition. We will grant an 80% refund of the full amount upon receipt of the product back to us within 30 days. We hold 20% towards our original shipping costs, PayPal and eBay fees. |
