A registration number is provided and will be entered in the shipping information area in the PayPal transaction. In some countries such as U.K., U.S.A. & Canada, the registration number can be used as a tracking number on the local postal website of the receiving country. |

| Airmail Non-Receipt Issues |
| If your package does not reach within the timelines as mentioned above, please contact us immediately. We will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. It may take a further 3-7 days to investigate the issue and trace your package. |

| Fraudulent / Fake Orders |
| We do not ship orders which seem to be suspicious or fraudulent like from countries such as Nigeria / Lagos, etc. A refund is sent for such orders. A charge of 20% will be deducted towards eBay and PayPal fees. |

| The following countries do not allow the import of Herbal / Ayurveda products.
