Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. We aim to post the goods the same or the next working day after the payment has been received.
We can also deliver items through Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Please ensure that you select the required postage option. If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.
You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.
All we ask is the returns must be within 7 days of delivery the goods are returned in the exact same condition they were sent. Please email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason and include your invoice number in your returns package to speed your refund. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.
