- Are your Pub Signs suitable for outdoors?
The Wood Pub Signs are not suitable outdoors because they are made with prints
on the wood panels. The Metal Pub Signs are generally suitable for outdoors but will fade and
rust a little over time. But we can make any of our images (or yours) with a different material
which is very good for outdoors. Please Contact Us for more information.
- Personalized Pub Signs - can you personalize yours?
Yes, we can. Please see the category listing which explains how we can do it
for you. We can replace the "Pub World" at the top of the sign with your wording
(up to 18 characters).This can be done with any of the 60 designs in The Famous
Pub Sign Art Collection (View Collection) Please note we can only personalize
the Large Wood Signs (28 x 38cms - 11" x 15").
- Can you make me a Custom sign with my own artwork or design?
Yes we can through our excellent business partners one of whom specializes
in Home Bar Custom-Made Signs and one of whom specializes in Full Size
painted Pub Signs. Please Contact Us and we will link you to the most appropriate for
your requirements (or both).
- What currencies do you accept?
We can only accept English pounds (£) but all currencies will be
automatically converted through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and most credit
cards. Any problems please Contact Us.
- I do not have a Credit Card - how else can I pay?

- How long does it take an order to process and be ready for dispatch?
Usually up to 2 working days. Any delays we will notify you.

- How long after it is despatched from your warehouse does it take for delivery?
It is usually 3-5 working days for orders from within the mainland UK
(1 working day if you have ordered next day delivery)
up to 5 working days in Europe, 7 working days for the USA and Canada
and a maximum of 10 working days for the Rest of the World.
If you are concerned you have not received within these time frames
please Contact Us and we will work with our carrier to trace it for you.
- I wish to place an order for a large quantity of items. Can I get a discount?
We keep our prices as low as we can but if the value of the order is over
£250 Contact Us and we will discuss and offer you a discount depending on
your order.
- How are the products packaged?
We only ever use top grade packaging & shipping materials.
- What happens if my order is lost or damaged on it`s way to me?
We pay insurance for you on the shipping so we will replace or refund
you in the event of loss or damage ! Over 99% of the time our chosen carriers
(Fed Ex, Royal Mail & Business Post) deliver safely and on time.
- What happens if I receive my order and am not happy with it?
Our Money Back Guarantee means we will refund you the full cost of the item
(excluding our original S & H charge). Just pack it up (unused in it`s original condition)
and return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.
- Can I visit your warehouse to pick up my order or see all your products?
Yes - but by personal appointment as have a showroom not a shop.

- Do you send confirmation emails?
Yes, we send you an eBay notification of receipt of your order and also an email despatch
notification on the day it leaves our warehouse.
- If a product I order is not in stock how long will I have to wait to receive it?
In the unlikely event that we do not have stock we will advise you the
waiting time and if it is too long for you we will refund you any money paid
in full.
- Can you deliver to APO or BSPO addresses etc around the World?
Most of the time - Yes! And if there is a problem we will notify you.
- If I am not happy with my order when I receive it can I return it?
Yes you can as long as we receive it back unused,
undamaged and securely packed we will refund you in full less the cost
of sending it to you.
