The ‘seller’ is Provisuals. The ‘buyer’ is the customer who has won the bid or bought the item.
The ‘seller’ is an auctioneer of surplus stocks and therefore quantities are limited. The quality of goods is described in the item description. The ‘seller’ will not refund or discount for any imperfections that formed part of the items description available to the ‘buyer’. If an item is found to be missing parts or not as described we cannot supply the parts or offer replacements. We can only provide a refund once the buyer has returned the item.
The price is that at the end of the bidding or the ‘buy it now’ price.
Payments must be received in full within 48 HRS of the auction ending.
Any items not paid for within 3 working days remain the property of the ‘seller’ who is entitled to re-list the item and a 10% re-listing & admin fee from the ‘buyer’.
Goods requiring delivery will require delivery payment and will be despatched within 2 working days of cleared payment being received. Collections: We are normally available for collections MON, TUES, THURS, FRID 11-3pm. We cannot guarantee this every week and may be unavailable during some periods, we will always try to publish time off on our Shop. We do not pay compensation for petrol, wasted travel etc. We cannot individually email everyone when we are not available.
The ‘seller’ employs the services provided by Royal Mail and contracted couriers and are not responsible for the non delivery of any items. The option of transit insurance is available to the ‘buyer’ and is detailed on each individual auction. Where insurance is not taken out by the ‘buyer’, the ‘seller’ is not liable to refund or replace the item purchased.
Any disputes on the part of the ‘buyer’ must be raised with the ‘seller’ within 7 working days of despatch. Transit costs for any items which are returned to the ‘seller’ must be paid for in full by the ‘buyer’. If an item has parts missing or is not as described we cannot supply the missing parts only a refund. Remember between two of us we deal with hundreds and hundreds of different products that vary tremendously. Any poor feedback received from the ‘buyer’ which is deemed to be unreasonable by the seller and without reasonable attempt to make contact can be reciprocated in a manner befitting of the transaction, deemed reasonable by the seller. Or if the buyer is asking us for something which has been beyond our control or that we cannot supply. We do not compensate anyone if they have had to travel and we cannot supply the goods on arrival.
Any goods received and held by the ‘buyer’ for more than 7 days after their despatch will be taken as acceptance of the goods and no disputes can then be raised with the ‘seller’.
The ‘seller’ provides 14 days for the ‘buyer’ to raise any disputes. After this the manufacturers warranty may apply and it is the ‘buyers’ responsibility to seek appropriate cover. The ‘seller’ is not liable for any faults that were not included in the items description at the time of sale or faults that develop after 14 days of the items receipt.
This policy overrides any warranty detailed in the specifics of an auction description, such as 30 days or manufacturers warranty 3 years.

Distance Selling laws seems to exempt Auctions but not Buy it nows.

The ‘seller’ reserves the right to block a ‘buyer’ prior to their taking part in a bid without explanation.
