We are an auction business and sellers of opened salvage stock. All boxes have been opened unless stated.  These include new ex-display, damaged boxes/items, brand new excess seasonal stock, catalogue returns. All items are tested and inspected for just 5 minutes and listed with an accurate  description. If parts are missing or if we have made a mistake describing an item we cannot supply the missing parts. We can only simply offer a refund once the product is returned.  No petrol or compensation is paid. Buyers must have understood this and read our terms and conditions before bidding.
