General Terms & Conditions

We are committed to provide you with outstanding service for all of our products. This page is dedicated to informing you of our policies.

1. STORE POLICIES
Our Promise to You

· Product Hub promises to sell only items that are in accordance with the description, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose (The Sale of Goods Act 1979).

· Furthermore we promise to provide clear and accurate description of items with informative photographs and dispatch your item(s) promptly after payment has been cleared; our obligation

· Please check your order carefully and ensure that all details are correct and that you clearly understand our policies. If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately.

Don't forget we are here to help; your satisfaction is our business.

2. CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment:

· We ask that all goods are paid for prior to delivery with cleared funds.

· Payment can be made by PayPal, major credit/ debit cards
, Personal Cheques, Postal Orders and cash on collection.

Deliveries:

· We aim to ship your purchase to you same or next day after receiving your payment.

· Goods are shipped by 1st class Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL.

· Upon request we will provide you with a reference number to follow delivery process directly with courier.

· All deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to sign, couriers will leave the contact card. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to rearrange delivery, or in the case of Royal Mail pickup at the local sorting office. The parcel will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If during that time you failed to contact them, the parcel will be returned to Product-Hub. We reserve the right to charge postage on items that are returned to us.

· If you wish to combine multiple purchases for shipping, please contact us for a postage cost. Please note that buyers must pay for all items together to be eligible for combined shipping.

International bidders:

· International buyers are welcome. Please contact us for a shipping price before purchasing, our usual delivery schedules do not apply and an extended delivery time should be allowed.

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Product-Hub subscribes to Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 that entitles all buyers to a 7 day approval period in which buyers can cancel and return their order. However, please note that we can only accept return of an unused item in original package. We cannot refund you if item is received incomplete, damaged or in used condition.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you wish to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and you will be provided with instructions for returning the items to us.

When contacting us please ensure that you write your full purchase details and description.

Item returned must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. Please make sure that when you opened the box to examine the item you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way.

Please note that the Return Shipping fee is paid by you and that the initial delivery charge will not be refunded.

What happens if the item I received is damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that items arrive in good condition. We apologise in advance if any item you receive from us, is faulty or damaged upon receipt. The alleged fault should be notified to us within 3 days of receipt by you and before the item is posted back. We would appreciate if you are in position to send us a photo of the damaged item to help us to proceed with replacement or refund.

Faulty goods are covered by a 2 years exchange policy. The product will only be replaced or refunded if (not with standing the fault or damage) it is in an "as new" condition.  

I have received an incorrect item!

In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect item we must request that you notify us within 3 days from the receipt. We will arrange recovery of the incorrect item and will send you the correct item again at our cost. Please note that the item must be returned in perfect original condition, to be eligible for the full refund including postage and packaging.

Will I receive the whole amount I paid for?

Should an item be faulty or damaged in transit and a replacement is not available, or you do not want the closest equivalent goods, we will refund the full amount you have paid, including postage.

Should you be returning an item to us for reasons other than mentioned in the sections above, for example, item not wanted or required - please be aware there will be an administration charge sufficient to cover transaction charges and postage charges.
