As products are personalised, please allow up to 14 days for orders to arrive. We do try to dispatch within 2 working days, but during busy periods this may not be possible. Shipping is a minimum of £1.40. Each listing will give specifics of the postage charges for that order. If your order is needed quickly, please contact us to establish availability.
Returns
We can not accept returns on any personalised items unless they are faulty. When inputting any personalisation in the ordering process, please double check all spellings as we can not be held responsible for any type errors made at the time of ordering. If you do discover an item to be faulty, please email us - sales@printaribbon.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange the return of the goods.

Any personalised ribbon orders can not be returned unless the items are faulty. If goods are faulty, please contact us at sales@printaribbon.co.uk within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return, we will then inspect the products on arrival, if we deem them to be faulty, we will either replace the products, or give a full refund at the customers discretion. Faulty products are returned to us at the customers expense. Regretfully the original postage cost can not be refunded.
Please check all spellings when ordering your items as we can take no responsibility for any type errors at the time of ordering.
All prices exclude shipping, which has a minimum cost of £1.50 and a maximum cost of £4.50. Orders over the value of £50.00 will receive free shipping.
Although we do carry a large stock of ribbon colours & widths, some products do occasionally go out of stock. Although they should still be available within the 14 day turnaround, please contact us when ordering if the items are required sooner. In the unlikely event of an item not being available within 14 days, we will contact you. You will then have the choice of waiting for the item to come in to stock, choosing an alternative item or having a full refund.
While colours shown are an accurate a match as possible, ribbon colours may vary due to the way they are shown on the screen. If you would like to see a sample of ribbon colour before ordering, please contact us at sales@printaribbon.co.uk
When ordering sashes, if you do not confirm which graphic you require during the payment stage, they will automatically be supplied with No Graphic. If you do require an image, please make sure you mention this on the paypal 'notes' area when paying.
Other graphics are available, please get in touch if you need somehting different. Other fonts are also available, if you do not specify which font you require, sashes will be supplied with the 'Curlz' font that is used in the listing.
