RETURNS POLICY

I appreciate how hard it is shopping for a special item online. My returns policy is designed to make your choice easier. Any item may be returned for a full refund of your item cost, for any reason. My only limitation is that refunds must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and that your ebay ID, email address and item number be enclosed on a note with your return, complete with the action you would like me to take (refund or exchange), and a return address where applicable. Returns should also come with original packaging, tags and boxes where applicable and be in the same condition they were when we sent them, unaltered, unused and of equal quantity.

EXCHANGES

I am happy to exchange if needed, and where possible. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your item, and your exchange will be processed on receipt of your returned item. Where item price varies from your original purchase, I will refund any excess in my favour, and you are expected to pay any difference if your exchange product has a higher price. I also ask that you enclose the postage charges associated with your exchanged item. Where exchanges are requested, I need your name & address, item number and details of the item you would like sent as an exchange to be enclosed with your return parcel.

Statutory rights are not affected.
