When to expect your item
Deliveries are made to most areas on a daily basis (Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 5:30pm) someone must be available to sign for your goodies. The standard delivery is FREE of charge, although this does vary depending on your postcode. Carriage surcharges DO apply to certain areas, to avoid any confusion you MUST check the postcode exceptions list BEFORE you commit to bidding/buying, don't forget you are entering into a binding agreement with us when you click the ‘confirm bid’ button.

Postcode Exceptions
You must ADD the courier surcharge detailed below to your order if your delivery address contains the following postcode prefixes:

Add £0.60 for; EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SE11, SW1, W1, WC1 and WC2.

Add £6.90 for; IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Add £7.48 for; BT, IM, TR21-25.

Add £6.25 for; Channel Islands GY, JE

Add £9.95 for; Republic of Ireland

If the postcode prefix for your delivery address is not in the list above, then the price you see is the one you'll pay.
If you are unsure about the shipping rate for your chosen delivery address, because lets face it is a bit confusing, be sure to email or telephone one of our delectable customer service agents with your postcode prefix and they will quote you happy!

The Next Working Day Service
Next day delivery is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Eligibility for the 'next working day' service requires you to speak to one of our wonderful customer service operatives before 12:00pm the day before delivery to ensure your item is loaded on to the truck. The next day delivery option is unavailable if your postcode prefix appears within the carriage surcharge list (Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60 does qualify for next day). If the courier arrives and finds nobody home, your goods will be left with the local Post Office or Sorting Office.

Upgrade your delivery
Why not have your goods arrive on Saturday

For an extra £12.00 you can even have your items on Saturday (between 8:00am & 1.00pm) This requires 24 hours advance notice to qualify for this service, 48 hours advance notice if your postcode prefix appears within the carriage surcharge list (Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60 is 24 hours advance notice)


If you are unsure about the exact shipping rate for your chosen delivery address then please email or telephone us with your postcode. Our items are bulky and heavy; please note that the delivery driver may need a little assistance in getting it to your property; please don’t be offended if they ask. Drivers are not insured to enter the property with your item(s). All our items are for delivery only; customer collection is not available at any time. We can not deliver to PO Boxes.

Paying your surcharge
While we are waiting for eBay's technology to catch up with the complexities of our surcharges, it is very important to add any surcharge incurred to your payment at the checkout stage yourself – it is, regrettably, not automatic. Adding this surcharge will speed up your order process and get your beautiful items with you a little bit quicker!

Just how to do it;
Whilst reviewing the price of your purchases on the eBay checkout page (sellers payment instructions), please add the appropriate surcharge in the box entitled P+P/seller discounts and charges. Adding a figure to the box will alter the order total box and allow you to pay your surcharge.

If you are aware that you are in a surcharge area, but are unsure what your final total should be, just select the option, 'request final total from seller' and we will handle the rest for you. A revised and up to date invoice will reach your email inbox within 24 hours.
