Postage
• Items are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail
• We always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday
• Combined postage savings are available on all multiple orders
• UK Residents - The majority of parcels do arrive within a few days however we do not guarantee this as items can unavoidably be delayed. We can not deem items to be lost until two weeks from the postal date, so please allow this time.
Payment
• Payment must be made within 3 days of listing ending unless you have contacted us prior to bidding
• We prefer PayPal and also accept postal orders and cheques
Returns Policy
• We are pleased to offer all of our customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy
• Please notify us before returning
• If for any reason your not happy with your purchase please return in the original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
• Postage costs are at ALL times buyers responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error has occurred on our part
