Please note, my last posting dates for Christmas are:

 | | Items are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail
• I always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). If an item is delayed in the post then it is not considered missing by Royal Mail until 15 working days have elapsed (inland post). A refund will be made once this time has elasped.
• Combined postage savings are available on all multiple orders
Payment
• Payment must be made within 7 days of listing ending unless you have contacted me prior to bidding
• I prefer PayPal and also accept postal orders and cheques
I WILL NOT SEND OUT ANY ITEMS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED BY CHEQUE OR PAYPAL E-CHEQUE, THESE NORMALLY TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR.
Returns Policy
• I am pleased to offer my customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy (except earrings)
• Please notify me before returning
• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return in the original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
• Postage costs are at ALL times buyers responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error has occurred on my part.
