Please note: items despatched this week will be posted 1st class via Royal Mail each day but I cannot guarantee delivery before Xmas unless Special Delivery is purchased at extra cost.

 

Pretty Little People will be closed and unavailable to answer questions or despatch orders between 24 December 2009 and 2nd January 2010 for the annual Christmas Holidays.

Please bear this in mind when making a purchase.

 Items are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail
•  I always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). If an item is delayed in the post then it is not considered missing by Royal Mail until 15 working days have elapsed (inland post). A refund will be made once this time has elasped.
•  Combined postage savings are available on all multiple orders

•  Payment must be made within 7 days of listing ending unless you have contacted me prior to bidding
• I prefer PayPal and also accept postal orders and cheques

I WILL NOT SEND OUT ANY ITEMS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED BY CHEQUE OR PAYPAL E-CHEQUE, THESE NORMALLY TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR.

•  Please notify me before returning
•  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return in the original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
