Making A Purchase
1. Contract By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone.
2. Delivery apply for UK mainland only. These apply for UK Mainland only excluding The Scottish Highlands, off shore islands and Northern Island.
3. 14-days money back guarantee If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your goods, please return within 7 days in original condition and packing. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given.
4. Faulty and damaged goods The goods should be returned to Returns Department after the inspection by a member of staff the decision will be made to replace or refund, as appropriate.
5. Payment Payment can be made by major credit cards i.e. Visa, master card, switch, delta or by cheque in Pound Sterling made in a UK clearing bank. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
6. Refunds Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 10 working days.
7. Complaints If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail or fax us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days
8. Trade marks Trade marks and names are of their respective holders
9. Deliveries will be within 30 days of order and usually within 7 working days for goods in stock.
10. Prices All prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. E&OE.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
