I ask that you contact me if there are any problems regarding your payment. Otherwise all payments should be received no later than 7 days after the auction has ended.

I try to be accurate when i list an item but as i am human sometimes small things are missed which i apologise for. If this should occur please e mail me and i will try to sort out any problem.

I do not offer refunds on items that don't fit or are not liked once received. In the event that a refund is given i will not refund any postage costs only the cost of the item bought.

All items posted within the uk are sent recorded delivery for safety. If you decide that you don't want this option then i can't be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the post. Recorded delivery includes insurance up to £32.00. Special delivery is recommended for items above this amount.

I also ship worlwide and will only send items oversea's by International Signed for as this provides tracking & insurance.

Feedback will be left once i know you are happy with your purchase and have left feedback
