Postage.

The delivery charge for each item is shown in the item description and the charge is for delivery to mainland UK only.
If delivery is to the following postcodes : AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, Offshore islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland please contact us for postal charges before bidding.  We only deliver to the UK, no exceptions made, sorry.

Delivery is normally within 2 working days for items paid by Paypal or Credit card, but please allow up to a week for delivery before chasing item up.
Items paid for by cheque or by Echeque will be dispatched as soon as payment clears.
Please note there will have to be someone in to receive/sign for your order at the address provided, if the item is returned to us as undeliverable there will be a delivery charge to re-send the item.

Returns.

If you receive a faulty item or if there is a shortage in your delivery you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item on either 0151 207 1400 or via email powertool@btconnect.com and we will discuss your options for returing the item.

You can return an unwanted item within seven days of receiving it, providing it is returned in the same condition you received it, the buyer must pay the return postage cost and the item will be refunded less the postage cost of sending the item to you.
