Although every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive with you in as good a condition as they left us, problems can occur, as such please follow these simple guidelines enable us to deal with your problems as quickly and efficiently as we can.
Upon receipt of your parcel please check your goods carefully for any signs of damage and/or tampering whilst in transit. If any signs are seen please state this when signing, and notifiy us immediately, and keep all packaging etc.
We will attempt to deal with all problems as quickly as possible but may require further information from yourself, so when contacting us please include a daytime, and evening contact number on which we can reach you.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 working days of receiving your goods.
