PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Payments must be in GBP or pound sterling. Any other currency will not be accepted. Postal orders for UK only. Overseas customers must pay by Pay pal. If there are any problems please inform me ASAP after the end of auction. Payments not received within 7 days will receive a non payment strike from EBay. POSTAGE: Our normally post Monday through Wednesday. We post the next postage day after payment, so if payment is received on a Monday we post your items on Tuesday. Payment on a Tuesday post on Wednesday. Payment after 2pm Wednesday normal posting day is the following Monday unless specially requested. All items are posted using Royal Mail. This normally takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Royal Mail do state that they don’t class any items as being lost until 15 working days have passed for the UK and 20 working days overseas. Once items have been handed to Royal Mail we do have to be patient and wait for the items to be delivered. We do take loss serious and will do all we can to solve any problems. Any item that had not been delivered within Royal Mails time limit will be replaced and a claim forwarded to their security team to investigate the loss.
