I try my utmost in giving you an accurate description of the items I sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase and service received is imperative to me. I normally dispatch all my items within one working day and should something arise impeding that approach I will always notify you beforehand. I generally send out two emails to every buyer: - one informing you of the dispatch date and another after your item(s) has been sent. Should any problem occur with your purchase or service, then please do not hesitate to contact me for I will aim to make amends swiftly and to your liking. Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns at this time due to my small Seller Stature however in the near future, when things improve I will include that facility also. Should you have a particular item of interest that is not available on my listings you can make a request and I will do my best to fulfill it.
