| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Any items that arrive broken or damaged, will always be replaced or refunded. Please read descriptions carefully or ask any questions before you buy, as I cannot re-sell returned items for obvious reasons. |
| Q:Do you combine Postage? |

| A:Postage is £1.00 for the 1st item and 25p extra for each additonal item. If you buy 5 or more 'Buy it Nows' postage is FREE but only when you pay with 1 combined payment! - you can deduct this yourself, where it says seller discounts, or wait for me to send you a combined invoice, or you can pay the postage and I will refund it soon afterwards. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All items are posted either the same day or the next day by 1st Class post. BUT.. Please remember that Royal Mail is not perfect ! |

| A:If for any reason you have a problem with your item, please contact me and let me know. Most problems can be sorted out easily. Dont just leave bad feedback without giving me a chance to put things right :) |
| Q:Can I collect from you ? |

| A:No, I do not let anyone collect items from me, I will only sell online and post items. |
| Q:Will you post to other countries ? |
|
| A:I am always happy to post to Europe and I do not charge extra.. postage rates are the same, as long as you are buying jewellery items. Heavy items like bags, will be charged extra. Other countries, please email first. |
| Q:My item has not arrived ? |
|
| A:If your item has not arrived, it might be lost, delayed, stolen or posted in the wrong house. Please be patient, if it hasnt arrived within 10 days let me know and I will send a replacement. |
