We ask that payment is received within 5 days of winning an auction/agreeing to buy it now. 

If you really want an item and can't pay within that time please contact us before you bid to see if we can hold it for a little longer.

If you win an item and suddenly find you can't pay we would appreciate an email to let us know as soon as possible so we can release the goods for re-sale. We'd much rather have a customer be upfront and tell us, rather than bid and go quiet! It's only fair on us as well as other customers who could have had the item instead.

For customers who bid and don't pay we will be forced to issue an unpaid item dispute and you'll receive a strike from ebay.  We really don't like doing this and would prefer a little communication.
