Refund policy for Buy it Now items
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we promise to refund you for any 'Buy it Now' item for any reason as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt under the following 'Pinksquid Rules'- (They're not as scary as they sound we promise!)
* We must be notified by email of your wish to return the item within 7 working days. Under the distance selling regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period from the receipt of the goods but you must inform us off your wish to cancel the transaction.
* The item must be returned in the conditon in which it was purchased... we appreciate that you need to try an item on, just don't try it on on a night out! Any items damaged by make-up/perfume/smoke will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession throughout the cancellation period.
* We request that you return the goods with the original packaging and with the original tags in tact.
When you return the item....
Please include your ebay user id in with the parcel so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. As long as we have this information we guarantee to refund you within 3 working days by the same method that you paid.
Please note that shipping costs are to be paid by you, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us safely... for this reason we recommend you use a trackable service.
Refund Policy for Auction items
Sadly all auction items are non-returnable for refunds, however we do appreciate that it can be difficult purchasing clothes online and so we are happy to issue you with a credit note to use in the store against another purchase. In order for us to issue you with a credit note we would request that the item is sent back to us within 14 days of receipt along with it's original packaging and in the same conditon in which it was received. Please see above for details of this and how to send the goods back.
Exchanges
We know that as busy ladies you may need an exchange done quickly for your big night out so for this reason we offer an 'Express Exchange' This is how it works;
* Firstly, send us a message through ebay and tell us which item you wish to exchange with.
* Next, purchase this item and we send it out WITH FREE FIRST CLASS POSTAGE.
* Finally, return your original item back to us for a refund.
If you just want a normal exchange....
* Send us a message through ebay and tell us which item you wish to exchange it with. We will hold the item for you for up to 7 days.
* Once we receive the item we will send out your replacement with FREE FIRST CLASS POSTAGE.
If the exchange item is more expensive you need to pay the difference, if it is less we refund the difference
Please note that international customers will need to pay return postage at the advertised rate for the replacement item for all exchanges.
All exchanges are subject to the replacement item being available and in stock.
Avoiding Returns
We know that you want your goods to fit and to avoid having to send goods back for refunds or exchanges so please feel free to ask for as many measurements you may need before bidding on an item.
We do always provide the UK, US and European Sizes on each listing as well as the bust, waist and hip measurements.
