| A:If you are within the UK we accept Paypal, Cheques, postal orders or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please complete the ebay checkout process and all relevant details will be supplied. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please email us for details.
For all customers outside the UK we accept paypal only please. |
| Q:How long will it take to arrive if i am outside the UK? |

| A:Shipping times do vary from one country to another but we usually find that items to Europe take between 3-14 days. Items to the US and Canada usually 6-21 days, and items to Asia and Australia 10-28 days. Items are usually delayed when they get stuck at customs. In all cases we ask that you allow at least 3 weeks before contacting us. |

| A:If you are in the UK the delivery time stated by Royal mail is 1-3 working days. However first class recorded is not a guaranteed service and may take up to 15 working days to arrive. If you need your item urgently please email us as we can post your item by special/next day delivery. This costs extra so please email us if you require this service |
| Q:When will my item be posted? |

| A:We post every day between mon-fri unless otherwise announced on the shopfront. If you pay us by 2pm (UK time) your item will usually be shipped the same day. Payments received after this time will be posted the following working day (so please note if paying after this on a friday, next shipping day is monday). |

| Q:Do you accept returns? |

| A:We will refund you on any Buy it now item purchased as long as it is returned unworn & in the same condition with original tags attached within 14 working days of receipt. We must be notified of your request to return within 7 days of receipt. We do not refund on auction items. Please see our full refund policy in the shop for further details. |
| Q:Do you post internationally? |

| A:Yes, we ship worldwide. All items are sent via Royal Mail's international signed for service. Shipping prices for each country can be found on the dropdown list on the listing. If your country is not showing for some reason please email us and we'll let you know shipping cost. |
| Q:How much is combined shipping? |

| A:For all UK customers please add £1.50 to the original posting cost for each additional item purchased. E.G one item is £4.20, two items are £5.70 and so on.
For european customers it's £2.00 per additional item, and for all customers outside Europe it's £2.50 for each additional item. |
| Q:How much is this in my currency? |

| A:International customers can see how much an item is in their own currency by clicking on the Currency converter on the ebay site map at the top of the page. |

| A:If bids have just been placed please go to the ebay site map where you can cancel your bid.
Please be advised that all bids placed within the last 12 hours cannot be removed by us due to ebay's policies.
All sales are final so we are unable to provide you with a different size once the auction has ended. |

| A:We only sell retail on ebay, not wholesale. We are in the process of creating a website at the moment and will provide details once we have them. |

| A:We are unable to give out any information about suppliers. |
| Q:What size is the model wearing? |
|
| A:If you would like to know what size the model is wearing or need her measurements so you can get any idea of how something will look please contact us. In most cases it will be an 8 or 10 being modelled. |
| Q:Can you send me a picture of the models hair... What colour is it? Can you give me info about extensions...What tanning products does she use?...etc |

| A:Can customers please note e-mails regarding the model that are not connected with the clothing will not be answered... As funny as some of the e-mails are and as much as we’d like to help we simply don’t have time to answer non-ebay related questions or send pics! :) |
