we fully comply with all Ebay's own rules and also all other relevant legislation including, but not limited to:
Payment
Methods of payment accepted:
- Paypal - the preferred method of payment particulary if outside UK
- Cheque
- Postal Order
- Cash - Not recommended unless sent Registered Delivery
Buyers outside the UK preferring not to use Paypal please contact us for options and currency conversion.
Bidding on Multiple items
Simply wait until all items have ended and request a combined shipping total.
Shipping & Handling
- All items will be packaged securely
- All items sent within the UK are posted First Class
- All items sent outside the UK are posted Airmail
- Insured and/or Recorded shipping options are available. Please contact us for the additional costs
- All items will aim to be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment
Returns
- We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied then you do have the option of returning the item.
- Returns accepted within seven days of receipt of the item.
- Please email and inform us if returning an item and the reason for the return
- A full refund will be given promptly upon the receipt of the returned item
- Buyer to meet the shipping costs of the return (exemptions for faulty or damaged items)
