Paypal Payments:

We accept Paypal payments in £ only (GBP). You do not need a Paypal account to pay us with Paypals' new Easy Pay system. To pay via Paypal please click on Pay Now checkout buttons and select Paypal as your payment choice. You will be redirected to an automatically completed Paypal payment screen. Please check that it is going to paypal@pimpmystrides.com and confirm your payment.We do not dispatch orders until full payment has been received and cleared.

Note: To benefit from Sellers Protection we reserve the right to dispatch to the stated Paypal address with your payment only. We are not obliged to dispatch to alternate addresses attached as a note to Paypal payments, registered with ebay or e-mailed to us seperately. Please ensure, when sending your Paypal payment, that you select the actual address you want your order to be dispatched to. We reserve the right to refuse Paypal payments from unconfirmed addresses and PO Box addresses.

Personal Cheque & Postal Orders:

We accept Guaranteed Personal Cheques and Postal / Money Order payments in Great British Pounds (£) only. Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques or money orders from international customers.

Please click on our ebay Pay Now checkout buttons and select Personal Cheque / Postal Order as your payment method.

All British Pound (£) payments should be made payable to Pimp My Strides.

All Personal Cheques should be guaranteed by writing the accounts' card number on the back (the long number in the middle of the card). Please DO NOT write your ebay id and item information on the back. Post your payment with a copy of your order confirmation e-mail to Pimp My Strides (address at top of this page)

Please Note:We reserve the right to not dispatch an order until full payment has been received and cleared.
£ cheques can take over 7 days to clear if not guaranteed.

Please Note: There are security features active within our ebay shop which automatically limit the number of items ebayers can bid on or buy within a 10 day period and automatically blocks those with poor feedbacks etc... If you have a good history of feedback and wish to bid or buy above the security restrictions, please do e-mail us with your request.

UK Standard Delivery

Our standard UK delivery costs are individually quoted in each listing.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, usually within 48hrs of payment clearing.

Although we do send all of our items via 1st class, you should allow upto 15 days for delivery after receiving the order dispatch confirmation e-mail. This is based on Royal Mail delivery guidelines.

Un-received items must be reported within 20 days of dispatch or we will be unable to issue a refund. We feel this is a fair amount of time to report an un-received item.

14 Day Home Approval

Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned
within 14 working days.

You need to notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 working days to qualify for a full refund.
