I must say they are great value for money.
I recently spent the best part of £300 for a ‘Photography Business Course’ from a company in Australia. It was mainly to do with marketing but had various other bits and bobs in with it. Have I read it? No. I’ve picked my way through some of it and it didn’t motivate me at all.
When I downloaded yours, I did so with some cynicism – but I was wrong. They are excellent. Straightforward and easy to understand and I certainly feel motivated.
A few weeks ago I bought some daylight florescent lights from a reputable UK company. I wish I’d read your tutorial before the purchase as, like you say, they did not do want I wanted. I had to use such a slow shutter speed, on ISO 800, (I use a Canon D60 SLR) which was absolutely no good for what I was doing - Jayne Bargent

I got an American one first, their oldfashioned style and way of doing things didn't help me at all and they just don't understand the British way of doing it, the great thing about yours is that you really know your subject and explain things clearly and its bang up to date. M.E., Time692 -

Still Life & Product Photography is probably the most interesting and rewarding type of studio photography you can do, but unlike many other kinds of photography you can't just pick it up as you go along. You need to learn from a professional who knows the secrets.
