PRO-LITE
Laminated sprocket nose bars, Pro-Lite® bars are designed for full time professional use in pulp, firewood cutting and heavy-duty farm use. Excellent for modern high speed saws requiring a combination of low weight and durability. Pro-Lite® bars are manufactured from a special high-silicon steel alloy and feature the Lubri-Dam™ and Cradle™ sprocket nose design.
Suitable for high speed saws from 35 to 65 cc, available from 11" (28cm) to 20" (50cm) in .325" and 3/8" pitch in .050" (1.3mm) - .058" (1.5mm) - .063" (1.6mm) gauge.
DOUBLE GUARD
A lightweight reversible low-kickback bar. Double Guard® bars are specifically designed for the consumer user and arborist, where light weight and low-kickback is important. The slim shape and symmetrical design provides easier operation in all cutting conditions.
Available for most popular consumer saws in the following configurations : 8" (20cm), 12" (30cm), 14" (35cm), 16" (40cm); 3/8" 91(Xtra Guard) 7-tooth nose sprocket; 1/4" 10-tooth nose sprocket in .050" (1.3mm) gauge.
DOUBLE GUARD INTENZ
Similar in design and application to the established Double Guard ® (SD) range of guide bars, Double Guard® Intenz™ bars incorporate the inovative chain tensioning mechanism. Intenz™ guide bars provide for faster, easier and safer chain tensioning. A durable, rack-and-pinion system is built into the bar itself. Simple one time removal of the tension adjustment pin on a standard saw is the only retrofit work required to achieve fit up of a Double Guard® Intenz™ guide bar.
