- On receipt of your item please leave feedback and we will reciprocate.
- It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to read the listing before making a purchase to check if the item is correct for you.
- Compatibility with the player you use is important. If you do not understand this please read our page of information on this subject. If still not sure we are happy to give advice.
F All items are checked before despatch, however if an item is found to be faulty we will refund if it is returned.
G All items are well packed before despatch therefore we (Jason’s Videos) are unable to accept responsibility for items damaged in the post. We will willingly provide any assistance (i.e. Certificate of Posting) that may be needed in order to make a claim against the Postal Service.
