RETURNS POLICY:
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT - NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1) If perfume or cologne is faulty or wrong item has been sent
2) If perfume or cologne is significantly not as described on auction
3) If the perfume or cologne is lost by the Royal Mail (Subject to Royal Mails rules on a 15 working days waiting period before a claim can be submitted & before a refund/replacement can be issued)

THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:
1) In its original condition as supplied - Unused, Still in retail packaging as sent & undamaged
2) The perfume/cologne is to be returned in the original packaging, not just thrown into a padded envelope or similar which leads to items getting damaged & items getting broken. I post in a sturdy box with packing peanuts to protect your purchase and expect the same when anyone is returning an item.
UPON RETURN FOR ONE OF THE ABOVE REASONS
1) We will issue a refund or send a replacement
2) Refund return postage costs
IF RETURNED SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND
1) Buyer will be responsible for all postage costs
2) Item MUST be received in exactly same condition as sent
3) unopened
4) Still sealed in cellophane if item was supplied sealed
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN BECAUSE:
1) I never tried it before and after trying I don't like the perfume
