Please remember my jewellery is all handmade to individual requirements, thus delivery may be up to 7 days. However if you have an urgent order, if stock is available I can have an item dispatched next day (Urgent orders only please) this must be pre agreed prior to order.
Jewellery is always posted 1st class to reach you as quickly as possible.
In event of a loss we will forward a tracking number and receipt to prove postage.
Please note Jewellery is only insured if posted Special Delivery.
In light of the recent Royal mail backlogs and wild cat strikes we strongly recommend Next day Special delivery.

If you do need to make a return, please do so within 7 days.
Item price only will be refunded a restocking fee of £8.50 will be charged on all returns. Buyer is responsible for postage costs.

Safety is of extreme importance to me. For safety sake please do not allow a child to be left unattended whilst wearing jewellery. Small parts may be a choking hazard.
