We post daily for all orders placed before 1.00pm. Orders after this time or weekends are sent on the next available working day.
We use a 3 step programme to ensure all orders are sent!
1. All orders are cut & pasted from eBay on to your order form and are checked by 2 people to ensure you are getting what you ordered.
2. Order is checked again as it is being packaged and is then marked as sent on eBay.
3. Non recorded post orders are entered on to the Royal Mail proof of postage forms and are checked by post office staff.
Perfection Nail Products will only replace or refund customers if the buyer has used recorded delivery or if we can not provide proof of posting, all other claims must be done direct to Royal Mail by the customer with the information given by us. All items sent have a return address label which Royal Mail use if they are unable to deliver to you. Once orders have been sent via Royal Mail, Perfection Nail Products accept no liability for missing post unless the buyer has used recorded delivery. We provide 100% Nail-Perfection with all products sold but, if you need to return anything, it must be unused, unopened or not as described for a refund or a replacement. (Please note, we do not refund postage costs unless a faulty or wrong item has been sent). No refunds will be given without us having the original item back first.
