Refunds: Refunds are normally issued within 7 days of receipt but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to go back into your account. Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Items which are non returnable: All dyed shoes: All shoes that you have requested we dye before sending out. All detailed shoes and all custom made shoes. All Hoisery, insolia, garters, gloves or any item which is in direct contact with the skin due to hygeine reasons.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item please use this returns form and pay for the item to come back to us. Your new item will be sent without further postage costs for a maximum of 2 exchanges only. Please see our customer information page regarding refunds on exchanged items. Free exchange postage does not apply to Ireland delivery addresses without a postcode or other areas outside the UK.
