| A:We try our best to be the most competative online seller for all our items at the time that they're listed. Although we try to keep on top of them and stay competative, sometimes we can be undercut. If you find any of our items elsewhere cheaper, let us know and we will try to beat that price! | Q:Do I get a postage discount if I purchase more than one book at the same time? How does this work when immediete payment is requested by Paypal in respect of each item? |

| A:Yes, Pegasaurus Books offers a discount for the 2nd and each additional book provided all items are dispatched together to the same address. Please purchase items individually and we will refund your paypal account as above - £0.55 per item. Please inform us via ebay message when multiple purchases are made. |
| Q:When is my book dispatched? And how? |

| A:Your book is dispatched on the same week day providing your order is received by 11.00 am. We use Royal Mail 2nd class postage, which has even been known to arrive the following day on occasion - though the post office say it can take up to 3 days! |
| Q:Do you Post internationally? |

| A:Yes we post all books by airmail worldwide. Delivery times will be dependent on the country but on average books take between 3 to 8 days. |
| Q:Is my book ok coming through the post? |

| A:We individually hand-wrap each order in protective bubble-wrap to ensure as far as possible that it will not be damaged in transit. |
| Q:Can I use another payment method, eg cheque or postal order? |

| A:The immediate paypal payment method is found satisfactory by most buyers. Experience has shown other methods eg cheques can involve a delay between purchase & receipt of cheque. However, if you prefer to write with cheque or postal order please contact us & we will allow 7 working days in which to receive your payment. |
| Q:I understand my your book will be pre-read. What condition will it be in? |

| A:The condition of every book will vary - though most are in a good readable state. Anything out of the ordinary - such as notations in textbooks - or grease on service manuals etc will normally be mentioned in listing description. Occasionally defect will only be spotted on despatch - we will then contact you before sending. |
| Q:You don't always give a full description of book contents. |

| A:What we've found in the past is that quite often people looking at a particular title or author know quite a lot already. However if you need information on any of our stock we are very happy to provide details via email usually within 24 hours. |
| Q:Can I return an item? |

| A:If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your item you may return it within 14 days for a refund, however, postage and packing costs must be covered by the buyer. Please contact us prior to returning the book. |

| A:When you order your book from us simply quote your Pegasaurus code via an ebay message at the time of purchase to esnsure you get the discount. |
| Q:Could you gift wrap my purchase? |

| A:Yes, we do offer a gift wrap service for Christmas or Birthdays. We would charge an additional £1.50 for this optional extra.If you would like us to do this please provide, details of the occasion (i.e. Christmas or Birthday), alternative address and full payment. We will wrap the item in gift wrap and then re-wrap with bubble wrap & paper. |
