RETURNS
If you wish to return an item please contact us with your reason for the return. Items must be returned within 7 days. We will issue a refund, less any ebay, paypal & postage charges we have incurred. The product must not have been used or damaged and must be in its orignal condition, suitable for resale. Postage costs will be at your expense and you will be responsible for item(s) until they reach us. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office or use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If your goods are valued at over £30.00 you may need extra insurance cover. We are unable issue a refund if your return is lost in the post.
FAULTY GOODS
If you receive goods that are faulty, please contact us stating the nature of the fault.
Items must be returned within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund to be
issued once we have received your item. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
If a refund is required we will of course refund your return postage costs. We are not liable
for the replacement/refund of products with faults resulting from poor or improper use.
