Purchasing & Checkout -

• Once you have purchased all the items you wish to buy, please complete our checkout system. Please note the following points when completing checkout -

1. Our checkout system if for calculating postage discounts & taking address details only - we do not require you to insert your paypal details anywhere during our checkout, so please do not enter this information until you have clicked 'Complete Checkout' and are forwarded to the official Paypal website.
2. Our postal insurance is OPTIONAL, therefore if you do not require it, you can untick this during checkout.
3. VAT is inclusive of all our prices, meaning the price per item on the listing & p&p charges is all you will pay - it just shows the VAT you have paid on your invoices separate, for buyers who may need to claim the VAT back. As the VAT is already calculated into our prices, we cannot remove the VAT element for overseas purchases, as it would reduce the price you have agreed to pay.
4. If you are having problems with our checkout system, or do not understand any of the above points, please contact us BEFORE leaving a negative feedback, as we can usually clear everything up, and help you with the process.

• All purchases - either Buy-It-Now or Auction - are legally binding, and therefore you are required by law to pay for the item you have purchased. We can, under specific circumstances, cancel a purchase, but we must be advised of your intention to cancel within 7 days of purchasing. If you have not contacted us to cancel within 7 days (with a valid reason for cancelling), and you have not paid, our systems will automatically open an 'Unpaid Item Dispute', which gives you a further 7 days to pay, before a strike is given on your account.

Region Coding

• All our DVD's are european Region 2, unless otherwise stated. This means that the dvd WILL NOT work in American DVD players, unless you have a european Region 2 DVD player, or have specifically purchased a Multi-Region player. Please check with your user manual and/or manufacturers if you are unsure. Also, all the games we sell are PAL encrypted, again meaning they can only be used on european PAL consoles. Please see the 'Refund' section of Terms & Conditions for policy on returning in case of incorrect Regions purchased.

Payments

• We prefer paypal for payments. If you have paid us via Paypal, but you have not received a 'Item Dispatched' email within 24 hours, or receive a payment reminder, please contact us to make sure Paypal has linked the payment to the item on our side - this is a rare occurance, but it does happen, and the sooner we know about the problem, the quicker we can solve the problem.
• Any postal payments are to be sent to our registered offices. Payments are to be made payable to Paragon Entertainment UK Ltd. and we at all times recommend sending via recorded/trackable delivery - having a standard receipt as proof of posting DOES NOT prove that we have received them payment, so make sure you protect yourself, especially if it is a postal order that cannot be cancelled! If your posted payment does not arrive with us, and you are required to make a Royal Mail claim, we will assist you as much as we can, but you are still responsible for ensuring a replacement payment is sent to us.

Returns

• We strive to ensure the item you order is the item you receive, in the condition stated, if you are not happy with the item you have purchased, or you believe we have sent you a faulty/damaged or low quality product - please contact us asap. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and are happy to replace the item sent, providing it is returned in the same condition it was received, and all parts are present - used items will not be replaced if damage is cause due to normal wear & tear of the product. The only exception to this rule is where a defect doesn't present itself until after the item has been used. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund. If we are at fault, we will refund the return postage.
• If you receive you item & decide you no longer want or require the product, or you have purchased an incorrect region of game/dvd, you can return for a refund within 14 days, providing the item is in the same condition it was received. In these circumstances we DO NOT refund the return postage costs.

Postage & Items Not Received

• We post out daily via Royal Mail from Monday-Friday, and providing your payment is received before 12pm, we will post out the same day. If your payment is received after this time, it will be posted the following working day. You will always receive a sales invoice in the package which shows full cost breakdown, items purchased & VAT paid, and the address we send to is the one you provide us with during checkout.
• Please remember that Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until it has been at least 15 working days (3 weeks). If you have not received your item after 7 days, we would be more than happy to chase the item for you. If after 10 days you still haven't received the item, we require you to open an 'Item Not Received' dispute with Ebay/Paypal - this is to protect yourself whilst we investigate & either re-send the item, or grant a full refund. Once the situation has been resolved, we request that you swiftly close the dispute to reflect this. At all times, it is our policy to reflect the refund/replacement sent in the feedback we give.

Bulk Buys & Discounts

• The prices in our shop are the price you will pay. We do not give discount on item prices, nor do we accept 'Best Offers' unless advertised - we do give postage discounts, as reflected in the listings. If you are placing a very large order, we may consider a further discount, but this would need confirming before you purchase, as it is not always possible.
