Purchasing & Checkout -

  • Once you have purchased all the items you wish to buy, please complete our checkout system. Please note the following points when completing checkout -
  1. Our checkout system if for calculating postage discounts & taking address details only - we do not require you to insert your paypal details anywhere during our checkout, so please do not enter this information until you have clicked 'Complete Checkout' and are forwarded to the official Paypal website.
  2. Our postal insurance is OPTIONAL, therefore if you do not require it, you can untick this during checkout.
  3. VAT is inclusive of all our prices, meaning the price per item on the listing & p&p charges is all you will pay - it just shows the VAT you have paid on your invoices separate, for buyers who may need to claim the VAT back. As the VAT is already calculated into our prices, we cannot remove the VAT element for overseas purchases, as it would reduce the price you have agreed to pay.
  4. If you are having problems with our checkout system, or do not understand any of the above points, please contact us BEFORE leaving a negative feedback, as we can usually clear everything up, and help you with the process.
  • All purchases - either Buy-It-Now or Auction - are legally binding, and therefore you are required by law to pay for the item you have purchased. We can, under specific circumstances, cancel a purchase, but we must be advised of your intention to cancel within 7 days of purchasing. If you have not contacted us to cancel within 7 days (with a valid reason for cancelling), and you have not paid, our systems will automatically open an 'Unpaid Item Dispute', which gives you a further 7 days to pay, before a strike is given on your account.

Payments

  • We prefer paypal for payments. If you have paid us via Paypal, but you have not received a 'Item Dispatched' email within 24 hours, or receive a payment reminder, please contact us to make sure Paypal has linked the payment to the item on our side - this is a rare occurance, but it does happen, and the sooner we know about the problem, the quicker we can solve the problem.
  • Any postal payments are to be sent to our registered offices. Payments are to be made payable to Paragon Entertainment UK Ltd. and we at all times recommend sending via recorded/trackable delivery - having a standard receipt as proof of posting DOES NOT prove that we have received them payment, so make sure you protect yourself, especially if it is a postal order that cannot be cancelled! If your posted payment does not arrive with us, and you are required to make a Royal Mail claim, we will assist you as much as we can, but you are still responsible for ensuring a replacement payment is sent to us.
