Postage is free for any jewellery gift bag or box when purchased and payed for with any item of jewellery.
If your not happy with your purchase simply let us know within 14 days of reciept to arrange return of the item, at your own cost, and a refund. Sadly once an item has been posted we cannot refund the postage costs as we are unable to claim them back from Royal Mail.
If you have any problem with your purchase please let us know before leaving feedback, most problems can be solved quite quickly via email.
Upon reciept of your item please leave feedback for us as confirmation that you have recieved it, we will then leave feedback for you.
