I will normally contact you within 24hrs of an auction ending (with the exception to weekends and bank holidays) or after you have made your first purchase through my shop. However, there are times when there may be a delay and during these times I would appreciate your patience.
I expect you to make contact within 3 days of your win/purchase.

- There are times I cannot be at the PC. Please be patient in awaiting responses to your emails.
- During the school holidays there may be times when I am not available during these hours. I do not work during the christmas period and whilst you will be able to purchase items, payments, invoices, emails etc will not be processed until after the New Year Bank Holiday.

Delays
During school holidays there will be times when I am unable to be at the computer. This may result in a short delay in contact from me and I will make contact or reply to your emails as soon as possible.
