Terms & Conditions:

Postage:

• All postage is stated on listing
• I always send first class inland UK & airmail for outside UK
• Please note I do combine postage for multiple items, a saving of at least £1 will be given
• I will only post to the Ebay address linked to the buyer (please do not request an alternative address)
• I post within 5 working days of payment clearing
• If an item is not received only once I receive compensation off Royal Mail will I refund purchase price (this may take 8 weeks or more). Compensation up to the value of £25 can only be claimed. Postage is not refunded.
• I do NOT post to unconfirmed addresses. if your address is uncorfirmed payment will be refused.

Returns Policy:

• Only if an item is faulty will a refund be issued. The item must be received back in same condition (esp. tags) or only a 50% refund will be given.
• I do give 30 days for an item to be returned due to international buyers.
• I only refund the purchase price & do not refund postage.
• Only in exceptional circumstances will I consider issuing a refund otherwise.

Bidding & Paying

• All are welcome to bid on my items
• If a bid is made by mistake it is your responsibility to withdraw it
• Once auction is over bidding is final
• I do give 2 weeks by which to pay (taking into account cheques may take longer)
• I accept Internet bank transfers, Paypal, postal orders, money orders, bankers draft & personal cheque. Please note that international buyers may only pay with paypal & money orders (if less than £50) unless the payment is in British Pounds £.
• Cheques take a minimum of 7 days to clear and therefore it may take two weeks for a transaction to be complete.
• Non-Payers will be given negative feedback & will receive an unpaid strike by Ebay.
• All payers do receive positive feedback.

Copyright:

• All descriptions & photos are my production and therefore if I should find a listing containing my picture or a direct copy of description they will be reported to Ebay & their listing withdrawn.

Household:

• Please note all items come from a smoke-free home
• I do own cats however they do not have direct contact with items. If you do have an allergy please let me know so extra care can be taken.
