If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item that you purchased from us, buyers must contact us within 7 days of receipt to state that they will be returning an item and for what reason. Buyers then have a further 7 days to return the item to us to qualify for either a full refund or a replacement.

If the product you are returning has been purchased out of, The Natural Alternative Shop Category, Creams, Rollerballs, Massage Blends & any other product that has a seal on them, they must be returned unused without the seals being broken or removed.

All original Postage charges will be paid for by the customer, and also the returns postage will be your responsibility.

Please note all returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery at customers expense.
