If goods are unwanted and not Faulty:

Goods can be returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure adequate packaging is used to avoid damages and proof of purchase is enclosed together with your name and address.

Please use a signed for service as Pond Supplies UK accept no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received, unless signed proof of delivery can be provided. All postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded.
