| A:We do everything we can to keep our customers happy, we accept returns, we will swap goods over, we will refund once returned (even if open), there is no Need to leave negative feedback as we think that anything can be resolved. We never leave negative feedback unless we have reached the point of no alternative. |

| A:We stock fork seals, dust seals, steering head bearings, brake pads, chains, wheel bearings for 99% of motorcycles, if your bike is not listed email us at info@pyramid-parts.com stating the parts you need and your bike model and year and we will send you a price. |
| Q:Tracking Number information |

| A:All of our goods are sent out by Royal Mail (except chains) so there is no tracking number. |
| Q:When can i expect my goods |
|
| A:We send out the same day as purchase, you can expect to receive your goods within 1-2 days (UK), please keep posted to ebay announcements for postal strike info etc. |

| A:We accept returns and will happily swap/exchange/refund any goods (even if opened) please send them to the address below stating what you require with your return address etc.

| A:Yes most definately, we do not make any money on the postage costs and always combine the postage costs on multiple orders. This will be automatically calculated in our Secure checkout and will Automatically combine. A lot of our parts have free shipping. |

| A:No, unless stated all of our parts are sent out standard Royal Mail or Airmail, if your part doesnt arrive within 10 days let us know. |
| Q:Are the seals priced per pair? |
|
| A:Yes our seals always come in pairs, either a pair of fork oil seals or a pair of fork dust seals. |
| Q:Does The Steering Head Bearings Include Both Top & Bottom Bearings? |
|
| A:Yes, our steering head bearing kits include both top and bottom Taper Roller Bearings, if your bike uses ball bearings originally these are direct replacements with no modification needed. |
| Q:I have not receive my order, Has it Been Sent |

| A:Our system is set up so that Positive feedback is automatically posted for the buyer the moment the item is packed and dispatched, to find out what day your item was sent check our feedback from 'P-K-N' the day that was left was the day it was sent. If you have not received it within 10 Days let us know and we will look into it. |
