payment or contact must be made within 5 days of listings ending. Please allow upto 7 days for delivery uk and 14 days overseas. Any items damaged please inform by email within 2 days of recieving parcel. We always get a proof of postage. we do offer discounts on postage. Please note pp charges are not just for a stamp they include packaging materials ie bubble wrap, padded envelopes,boxes (we do recyle some boxes),printing labels etc, fuel, time packing, time spent at post office which can take 2 hours round trip plus actual postage cost thank you |
