All items are sent by either royal mail 1ST class or parcel force 48 depending on size and weight.
Returns will be accepted if item is unused and in it,s original packaging, refunds will be available, (minus posting and packing) If a subsitute is unavailable but this is at parkview saddlery discretion, items such as rugs, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
