After the auction:

Please click the "pay now" button in ebay after the auction and fill out the completion of sale. Here you can choose the variations (colours) or add ground anchors (only for climbing frames). After this you will receive an e-mail from us containing all necessary information. You don’t need to contact us after the auction has ended. In case you haven’t heard from us within 4 hours, (perhaps your e-mail address on eBay is incorrect, your e-mail account is full or you have an active Spam-filter), please send us an e-mail.

Please choose the right shipping zone. If the wrong zone is choosen, the shipping time will increase.

Our shipments are always insured!

Before bidding:

1. Please ensure that the correct e-mail address is registered with eBay, as we will be contacting you per e-mail. Bring your e-mail address up-to-date before you start bidding! If you have an active Spam-filter, please keep in mind that our mails will possibly end up in a Spam-folder.

2. Please only bid if you really want the item – that is obvious, but eBay-bids are legally binding. EBay has the right to exclude unreliable bidders from trading. We reserve the right to demand reimbursement for resulting costs. Please see the eBay rules and policies for further information.

Payment:

By correct use of your IBAN / BIC codes your payment charges are same rate as a domestic bank transfer. If the codes are not used correct, the additional costs will be charged to the buyer.
