| A:We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you decide that you don't want the item you have purchased with this period simply return it to us in its origional state (unopened) and we will refund the purchase price. Please note we cannot refund delivery costs. |

| A:Yes we do! If you have bought an item with a delivery cost of between £12.97 and £7.97, each additional purchase comes with FREE DELIVERY! (Terms apply). Simply click on the 'Buy It Now' button on each item that you would like but don't pay. We will then send you a revised invoice with the discounted postage costs! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
