| A:GBP only for cheques and postal orders. Paypal allows you to pay in your own currency and it converts the payment into GBP for you. |

| Q:Do you combine postage for multiple items? |

| A:Yes we do. Usually (but not always) we can offer a P&P discount on multiple item purchases as long as the items are from different listings. Please ask us for a total. Combined P&P for multiple purchases from the same listing are automatically calculated for you at checkout. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:1-5 working days. Most items are posted next working day by Royal Mail First or Second Class. There is not much we can do about non-deliveries for 15 working days after dispatch. This is Royal Mail policy, not ours. Please check with your local Post Office as they may have your package. |
| Q:Do you ship outside the EU? |

| A:We do not currently ship outside the EU. |
| Q:What are the expiry dates of your First Aid products? |
|
| A:This varies greatly. Some items have a shorter shelf life than others. Alcohol wipes and eyewash tend to have the shortest life of about 2 years from manufacture. It's not practical to list the expiry date of every product in a kit or every item we sell. We do not sell old stock so the expiry date is as long as it can practically be. |
