| Returns and Refunds
We have a dedicated PO BOX to handle returns. For your convenience this is FANCY DRESS RETURNS, PO BOX 205, MARKET RASEN, LN8 9AY. In order to return an item back to us, please firstly get in contact and we will send you details of how to process a return. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act 2000, you are entitled to return items and ask for a refund. If you wish to return any items you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. In order to claim a refund, the buyer must include a print out of their order confirmation, including name of buyer, eBay user details and date and description of order. This will allow us to track your order on our system and process a refund. Please note that we will not refund any postage and packaging charges, as displayed on eBay.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt by customer. Items must be unworn, new and with original packaging intact (this means no bending of header card) and as received. Items must be in a re-sellable condition (unless returns due to fault), and we reserve the right to withhold refund for any items that do not fit the criteria above.
Please note that under the Distant Selling Act, we will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items: Wigs, Wig Caps, Facial Hair, Make-up, Teeth, Hosiery, and Underwear. Any of these items returned to the seller, or any items that don't fit the returns criteria laid out above, will only be returned to the buyer when return postage has been covered by the buyer.
Please note that we don't accept returns for late delivery. Please refer to Shipping Terms for more information.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we must be informed upon receipt of the item. A replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. On inspoection,if the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage cost to you. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered.
Please note that all items returned to us will be inspected for signs of sabotage. Should we deem any fault to be a result of sabotage, no refund will be offered and it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any return postage costs, should they wish the item to be returned to their possession. |
