We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in our listings. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
Bounced Cheques - any bank charges incurred must be paid by the buyer. Alternative methods of payment must be used should a cheque bounce. Payment in cleared funds must be made within 7 working days of the bounced cheque. Failure to make payment will result in legal action to cover any balance outstanding.
We list all our items to the best of our ability, our manufacturers reserve the right to make alterations to design and colour when necessary. Images and product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, and should a product for sale differ slightly to the picture displayed we will state this clearly in the description. For this reason we will not allow returns on the basis that the image does not exactly match the product for sale.
