At the end of January 2010, we've have decided to close our shop on Queen Margaret Drive. As you can imagine, this has been a very difficult decision to make, especially after over 18 years of trading. However, many factors have led us to a point where we now know that the time is right for a big change for Opal Moon, (& all who sail in her!!) & we're very excited about what the future holds in store for us all! Opal Moon will very much still be in existence! Our web-site & eBay store will be expanded greatly, with all of your favourites available to purchase online, along with many exciting new products. We'll also be increasing our presence at fairs & special events, which we hope will give us the opportunity to catch up with customers & friends, as well as giving us the chance to spread the Opal Moon vibe a little further afield! And next year we'll also be relaunching the Opal Moon Party, which wil give you the chance to have goodies brought right to your door for an evening of magical retail therapy!

 We know that for many of you the therapies, readings & workshops we have on offer currently are an important part of Opal Moon. It has been wonderful to have been able  to offer these services over the past couple of years. We have had some fantastic workshops & classes in Opal Moon! And of course many of you will be regular clients of Eryn, our tarot reader, or Elaine, Donna, or one of our other therapists or practitioners. Sadly, when we close up at the end of January we will no longer be able to offer these services. Many of our therapists & practitioners will be continuing their work elsewhere, & in the forthcoming weeks we'll be updating our "Therapies & Readings" page to tell you how you can stay in touch with everyone & arrange to continue making appointments with them.

We would like to say a huge thank you to EVERYONE who has been part of the Opal Moon Community throughout the years - it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you all. We hope that, in some way, we have brought a little magic into your life, as you have to ours! We sincerely hope that you will continue to be part of Opal Moon - whether you're keeping in touch with us through the web-site, shopping on eBay, emailing or visiting us at fairs. We will be continuing our mailing list to keep you abreast of our activities, & we'll be setting up an Opal Moon forum soon too, as a way of us all staying in touch & exchanging ideas & inspiration. 

We all feel extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to run the Opal Moon shop for so long. Its been a wonderful journey - we've made SO many friends throughout the years, & learned a lot, both from the many wise people who have crossed our paths,  & also of course from all the beautiful, healing objects we've been surrounded by. People always comment on the good energy in Opal Moon, & to have been able to work in that energy for all of these years has been blissful. Thank you.
